No problems whatsoever with getting paid on time (knock on wood). 

We do all the drywall repair, painting (with sprayer), lay wood/tile floors, and install trim/doors.

The other is finished with stainless appliances, granite counters, faux painting and decorator colors, wood or cork flooring, and ceramic showers.

Unless that's a wood joint used for hundreds of years that phrase might be hard to control or patent.You can darn near put a copyright on anything, a TM if it's adopted by your company and say patent pending on anything.

It's just that the walls are all wood paneling and I'd really like to get rid of them if possible...

Register an LLC, get bonded for like $5k (I think insurance premium is like $100 annually), get some commercial cleaning equipment, build a simple yet detailed website of your services with some nice photos, make flyers (I've used miamiflyers.com) with a promo of like $200 entire home up to $2,000 sq ft 1st time customer up to 4 hours of cleaning services (you'll probably need a partner to help out to make things easier for you).
