The cannot refile bankruptcy while the case is ongoing.

I have been doing some research on flipping houses, I ran across a website, connectedinvestor.orgDoes anyone have experience with this website and would this be a good way to start out?

I ran my rental calculator estimates at $900, but would like to get more if possible.

SO i ran across a LLC that owns a large amount of property's and i wanna totally ask him a bunch of questions and everything. i got his LLC name and then when i look up at address i find that his own home is in a different LLC so what do i do please?

Waiting  on my deal to Finish I have a free and clear home worth 120k ,  but until I finish  putting  carpert and heat I cant sell or pull cash and I ran out of capital , With at least  90K Waitinggg for me, Seriously  Frustrated . 

He tells me his PM charges one month rent to find a tenant and 10% ongoing - ok, maybe I can live with that as long as I don't have to deal with the headaches of 30-min away landlording. 

I ran some numbers and think I could bid up to around 96k and still get a very nice profit but something feels off.

I hope to start and do it quickly with this great site that I ran in to, so I can meet the goals I have made.I hope to meet some great people as I go.
