Building relationships with brokers?

In a perfect world, I would never inherit tenants as it is always easier to start the relationship fresh with a new tenant, but that isn't how this business works. 

One of my landlords is requesting I make a separate payment to him because he thinks my relationship with one of his partners is an issue. 2) how are they paying?

We met when I was looking for a property manager for a 3-family and the relationship grew from there.

The arrangement will be a one-year lease to see how the relationship works.

Doing this leg work up front with drastically improved your communication and relationship with the agent.

For most agents that have listings they are running teams so they have agents that will host for them and they already have a relationship with those agents so you will not get a yes on that house.

That way, you build genuine relationships with your prospective Core4 and you can get there quick if anything goes awry. 

Im attending the conference this weekend I think you should go listen to the RE vernacular, network with people, follow up, be curious to put yourself out there so when you do have the financial capacity you at least make the connections along the way(RE is a relationship-predicated business).
