Beautiful home!

It's very beautiful so on the rare occasion I get out there for other business I can't help but look at the properties with serious deferred maintenance and wonder. 

I know of a Tiny Home builder who builds beautifully made, turnkey homes with attention to detail starting as low as $25,000 for an 8x16.

It's a beautiful property and I'm sure you will get some great rental rates in the 92104 zip code.

Naturally, we went with the higher offer to rent. 

After doing some research, I am confident the house has a natural spring under the property.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.

I really want to figure out the procedure and logistics of the loan repayment and what to expect and things of that nature.

I personally know people who bought brand new, multi-million dollar, beautiful luxury homes, only to have serious foundation settling over the first 5-10 years of ownership (and the repair bill was in the hundreds of thousands!).
