I dont really like paying for a bunch of little pint paint samples but even what looks like builder beige can change once you get it into natural or incandescent light.I have 5 gallons of builder(pink) beige that is now my primer coat on dark walls before i put on a coat of actual builder beige on for the final coat.

The fellow who built the garage, ran a taxi company (from the house), so naturally the garage is 28 x 32 ... you can squeeze 4 old VW buses into it {don't ask} and there is still room for a 9 x 18 office down one side.Apparently the City was opposed to his garage, but could not stop it, but they did implement zoning restrictions.

I don't know Spain's laws but my next question for my Spanish Real Estate Attorney would be:Can the property ownership be transferred to a Spanish Land Trust or something of that nature?
