When doing a FULL title search, the title co. has to send a request for a lien search (unrecorded) to the appropriate city/county agency.  

I have been trying to make a deal for the redevelopment of old mobile homes into a nice RV Park.

@Tony Velez  For your first 10 deals and wanting to be mobile I would use google sheets.
