A correction is due soon, it has to happen, and there you will be...sitting on a home that is way overpriced...you will have to wait years for the market to catch back up to your home, and those are just wasted years...you're just throwing money away of you buy now.

I dont think any of my clients have electric cars yet though.. so maybe we are wasting money ( well i know i am) but the buyers like it and when you do it in the pre wire stage its not much to do it for us..

For those mortgages and lines of credit with variable interest rates, if you've done a great job buying, the rising interest rates have a minimal effect on cash flow.People who cite a fear of rising interest costs as a barrier to access are really stating a fear of the unknown that paralyzes them from acting.

The best thing is to purchase additional insurance with an umbrella policy by saving the costs to have LLC's.I believe that most lenders will not loan money to an LLC, anyway, or you still have to sign a Personal Guarantee for the loan and that makes getting your LLC senseless, a waste of time and a waste of good money.
