As well as there are a few small changes I want to make in my first property.Luckily I have a "day job" where I should be able to save up for down payments if something were to pop up on the market before I had planned on being ready.Hopefully I will have more to contribute to the site in the future as of now I'm mainly a "taker" of information :)

Also the loans are different in you are buying multifamily with 5 + units or say triple net leasing which uses mainly CTL lenders.Regular banks in some cases are giving out just short term loans as they want to relend the money when inflation kicks in at higher rates.Lenders who specialize and fund a specific assets class you can usually get longer terms and better rates than your local bank.

Attorney said it would mainly protect from Debt or general liability, not much from any issues which the buyer would sue after closing such as non-disclosure or home defects.
