Landscaping isn't a huge selling point in this part of San Diego so I focused on the fact it was a one of the few 4 bedroom homes in the area and did a really clean remodel.

We scraped the popcorn ceilings, replaced all flooring, painted the interior, added granite countertops and a tile backsplash, replaced most of the lighting and hardware, replaced the deck, made a few minor repairs, and cleaned up the landscaping.
