Notice periods vary based on the amount and frequency of changes.  

But you want to set a realistic base around that why.

Either from infill lots, raw land, or tearing down an older house?

BPO and comps show ARV at 480k based on rental income.

Vegas has much more buildable land.

Hey Chris,Yeah, it's going to vary pretty widely by group, and even internally within a lender their programs will vary based on the committed square footage that is committed to residential v. commercial.You will also likely find variance depending on where the property is located and the active tenant situation.

Based off of the responses here, this increase does seem aligned with other insurance providers.I like the idea of raising the deductible, but will have to think more about lowering the replacement value. 

To be a successful land lording is a big commitment and you got to give it your best shot.
