pretty sure it's knocking on our doors right now. we'll see if they can keep 2q gdp positive when the final print comes in. 

We already run and operate a 1bed 1 bath in the same area and we've been knocking it out the park without Evolve's assistance.

And/or you pay someone to physically drive for dollars to collect addresses, and/or door knock. 

I am considering knocking the nest down myself.

I currently have a home under contract in Brookhaven that is in a neighborhood FULL of homes that were knocked down with an existing foundation kept,  then built up and square footage expanded.For whatever reason it’s been extremely tough  to find the right buyer for the property.

We are knocking down (small) deals in Florida consistently and growing our portfolio.

I've had some major setbacks (fired manager, had someone break in and steal from some cars, tornado that knocked down big trees and caused fires) but I still believe in the industry, and in the metro.

actually I used it on my favor the heavy appreciation in the market and I Brrrr many properties, now Im changing my strategy to buy really conservative and make sure that cash flow even with a high interest rate. maybe now I can stop knocking at doors.... 

I'd like to get into wholesaling in Dallas, TX, but I have a few questions about wholesaling in general and Dallas / TX specific I'm hoping someone can please answer :)(Below each # is my attempt at an answer/ comment)1) I believe I'll need several documents as a wholesaler to come prepared to every property I door knock.
