There is a place that calls me every once in a while from Reno on doing BPOs, however they charge banks and it gives me leads in OR sometimes.I don't know what you expect for free from someone not intimate with RE, but I wouldn't set my goals too high. 

There is a difference with Georgia in time zones of 12-13 hours.

Roy Kelley who owned most or all of the Outrigger Hotels in Hawaii was a cash guy.....so how did he fare in times like this when there is no travel. 

How much would it cost you in time and money to advertise, show the property and screen tenant applicants in order to find new tenants?

My gut is telling me that she's going to be controlling and that I'm not going to have a pleasant experience with her as my tenant.  

There is also a low possibility that when the deed TO the person you are buying from is recorded (it will be recorded prior in time to your deed) a problem could develop.  

I feel like my tenants stay longer (and it's certainly more pleasant dealing with them) and I've never had to do an eviction in over a decade of doing this....but with this approach you have to pick your tenants wisely.  

I'm not sure I could pull it off in time, since it's already more than 24 hours past the closing.  

I'm also interested in seeking funding through private investors, so I will be exploring that avenue in time.
