What is the PW to the internet?

Beware of what you see on the Internet. 

It’s not difficult to do, it just requires a some Internet research and actually going to properties that are for sale and following them through sale to see how long it takes for them to sell and at what price.

Be cautious of anything you hear on the Internet. 

With this though, I'll be responsible for all CAM, property taxes, heating, cooling, cleaning, snow removal, Internet, water/garbage.

You've got some of the basics but I would suggest the following:- Internet & TV - Roku Smart TV, Sling TV and Netflix are some options you can explore.- Basic pots & pans for cooking- Coffee maker and filters- Salt & Pepper- Utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, coffee mugs (pyrex is inexpensive and durable)- Cooking utensils like large spoons, spatula and basic cooking knives.- Paper products such as toilet paper, a bag of paper napkins, 1 paper towel roll to start them off.

We havent even been inside of them but depending on the layout of the house i believe we could put a wall up and make it a duplex. 

You can make that argument to a stranger on the internet until your fingers are numb, I just hope you don’t ever have to use that in front of a judge.

There are a lot more factors than taking internet advice.

Bad photography, blown out lightbulbs, looks dark and dingy which might be the photos, bad copy, cant visualize the layout from the photos.
