The real estate industry is particularly sensitive to agents exceeding the parameters of their realtor license. 

Or the Block Industries case from the Summer of 2017 where the Tax Court unraveled a “Magical Options Contracts Make Roth IRA Instantly Huge” scheme.

With that being said, certain industries will feel the effects of the red tape for longer, and those should be evaluated (eg. airlines).

I was expecting massive disruption in the real estate industry but if this is adopted nationwide it should definitely soften the impact.Donald Servick  

Read up on industry books and listen to podcasts to learn from those who have been doing this a while and you will be a few steps ahead in the game :) Stay safe.
