Take even a small bathroom remodel.....What type of tile is being installed?

Any creative I deals on how I can get this financed? 

Ideally, we want the entire process to be managed locally to Hawaii to maintain authenticity and manage logistics effectively (stamps from Hawaii and not the mainland).Unfortunately, I haven't found a local company on the Big Island that offers these services.

And ideally it wouldn't be thousands of miles away.

I have seen where this type of property has received F/F financing, but I have also heard of instances where these properties did not receive F/F financing.

Make sure to talk to the surveyor about what type will hold up in a court of law (In Colorado it’s a Land Survey Plat).
