Good morning, Good Evening, Good afternoon,My Name is Terron and I live in San Diego California with a desire to create financial freedom buy following the BRRRR method. 

Sounds like a couple months of freedom to me!

The middle man (custodian) is eliminated and you have total freedom and flexibility.  

I learned long ago that wealth and financial freedom is not the same thing as rich.

This means becoming successful in investing and my entrepreneurial pursuits, with ultimate financial freedom for my future family and my parents.

If you have not factored management costs (either your time or someone else's) into the costs of running your business you are not going to reach financial freedom, but rather take a roundabout path to financial slavery.

But wait, there are 30 "students" in the room, they have these seminars every weekend, so that's 30 students multiplied by 52 weeks in a year...which is around 1,500 students...wait...what happened to the other 93% of people that paid to attend...I know, I'm negative, but locally I hear radio commercials for "no money down" this and "financial freedom" that.  

Keep learning and taking action and you will achieve financial freedom!

Freedom, the ability to travel and rock climb more, combined with lower cost of living.
