If it's baseboard electric heat and hot water, it's especially urgent to get this taken care of.Either way, I'd find a way to get a second meter installed pronto. it should be a pretty general implication that any advice given should not be followed unless you can confirm it is legal in your state.

From searching online I haven't got an answer the actual process if I can remove it, every blog says talk to a lawyer, it survives tax deed and purchaser will be liable, but it doesn't answer if I buy whats the process to follow and if its even possible to clear title other than being responsible for the amount.the property is worth around $800-900k, Auction starts around $80k, given the hassles involved, I wanted to know how much it would cost in addition to tax deed purchase to get a clean title.

I ended up reading reading the whole Bible, learned how to meditate, got into some yoga, lost about 25 pounds (and kept it off), the following year I read about 66 books and mostly in the self development and business subjects, established goals and try to work my plan (continue to do this), started journaling here and there, have a small vision board that I want to move to my office.
