I jumped at the opportunity.

I have met some great people over the past year and a half who have showed me the exciting things and opportunity within the industry.

Also, for those already invested in the Market, there isn't extra money they have to use this as a buying opportunity.

Or a savy investor might see an opportunity to increase rents or reduce expense to increase the NOI. 

However there is an opportunity available to you that will accomplish both. 

Plus, aging more for an experienced team will likely be less expensive because they can do it faster and faster saves money in holding costs and opportunity costs.
