My partner and I are looking to dip our toes in the REI pool and realize the promise of financial independence.Our plan will most likely include creating an LLC to provide protection (tax, liability, brand), starting with flips to build capital, diversify into buy and hold/BRRRR to build wealth, and finally retire in about a year to live life ;)We've been lurking on BP, reading @j_scott and @brandon_turner, and listening to the podcast.

@Serena Salvato I actually took my course online as it was easier to for me. just to be clear there are two exams usually.. the first is for the course exam which is like a final/cumulative exam. then the second one is for the NYDoS.. the actual salesperson exam for licensure.make sure you choose based on your learning habits between in class and online.

I already own part of this complex and it gets more complicated when you include those existing units (with another set of units that I may purchase) in the final permanent financing (and potential non-bank financing at that point).

Once they finally get possession, they have no incentive to pay their attorney to go back to court to get a judgment.
