What it does mean is that I would play it safe and not double down at this time unless you find an absolutely fantastic deal, and you are very unlikely to find that thousands of miles away or in S.

They have a lot of fantastic stories of how people got started, different paths, etc. 

they are working for you so make sure they are doing their job and not taking advantage of what you may not know. trust, there are fantastic agents out there and they are worth every penny
