If you are a solid candidate, there will be many legitimate and ethical landlords out there who would be glad to rent to you!

That is possible because he knows that although I want freedom to do as I please my work ethic will require that I give him value for his money.

Not much translates to real estate besides working with tools but the effort necessary to get through differential equations in college certainly helped my work ethic and "stick to it" attitude which is a must in real estate.

Personally I find the prospect of having someone else pay my mortgage nice... multiply that many times over where I am providing a good service in the form of reasonable rates and ethical land lording just makes sense. 

There is a reason why most states want people brokering real estate to have a training certification and a code of ethics to be held too...

Let me preface everything I’m about to say with I am only a few months into my REI journey and I am honestly trying to learn the ins and outs, and the best method that is not only legal, but also ethical (and profitable).

The listing agreement might say specifically what is expected to be done; it might say that the property will appear on the MLS.Then there is something called "ethics", and duty to the seller client.Is this a dual agency thing, where the listing agent is also acting as your buying agent?
