Hi Everyone,I operate my business in the Indianapolis area, and I'm working on some goal setting and would like some feedback from other companies similar to mine around the country.I'm looking for others that typically wholesale, or quickly flip (close and resale) to generate revenue for their business.Looking for wholesalers or professional home buying companies that spend a bare minimum of $5,000 a month in marketing.Please do not use this as an opportunity to brag or show how successful you are or how much money you spend on marketing.

Maybe it was @Levi Bennett who was talking about this.If you can find those posts there is someone who has experience doing this in Charlotte, maybe you can transfer the knowledge to your project and get some good success.

If they numbers still work possibly add another 1/2 point on the interest.The key to making successful offers is being able to walk away.

Reverse mortgages have their own issues to consider.I have seen clients have success wholesaling preforeclosure properties but typically they find it requires more work on their part.

I think networking is a big key to success.

Have any of my fellow veterans taken advantage of the property tax exemption in Texas and Florida?  The last time I checked, the rates for 10% disabled were $5,000 and it goes up with the more disability you have.  I ...

@Jessica Gilbert I rent to roommates all of the time and have had pretty good success doing so.

This is always important and while rates and fees are important, things like closing on time, having the money available, appraising the property correctly, what their maximum "Loan to Value" is, are all going to be CRITICAL to the success of your transaction.
