It is also easier to just pull out a credit card instead of having to deal with cash...I know some will argue that this ease of use is dangerous due to the potential to spend money that i don't actually have...but rest assured, my social awkwardness far outweighs my urge to spend money when I do make it out of the house.

I have been looking into investing in notes but I am a little hesitant because What is the pay structure (How much I need to pay them and how frequent) and the services that Loan Servicing companies offer Is there a certain amount of minimum loans that they will serviceIn the case of a delinquency how would I go about the foreclosure processIf you can provide any feedback on these questions of mine or provide targeted links for me to do some more personal research whether it be on BP or an external source.Thanks in advance :)
