hey @Adam Adams every state has its own contract.I just did a quick Google search for "fl as is 2008" contractand found a bunch of sites that let you download a pdf version. .you can also buy a legal copy at altastar.comthey have all contracts addendumsand other legal documents you might need. you pay for Thier service because these docs are copyrighted. hope I helped. . good luck!
