Statutory Trusts, both Wyoming and Delaware are great for holding multiple rental properties.

Panasonic began construction of a $4 billion electric vehicle battery plant in De Soto in November and placed the first steel beam in April.

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with purchasing real estate via this method?
