I want to talk to all the banks I can about refinancing options, the bank we have our current mortgage in is Ibercaja and they are not too helpful, if anyone could share info on the most investor-friendly banks in Spain and also serious private lenders (without so many referalls and other like minded investors to ask about lenders as in other countries I find it hard to trust the advertising of private loans you see everywhere) it would be helpful also.

The second was that there were 8 telescopic support poles in the basement that needed to be replaced with permanent poles prior to closing per the lender.

And I was interested in wholesaling some as well, but I just dont think that what I would be giving up by 50/50 splitting wholesale deals that basically I go find and setup, etc. in addition to the significant cost to join PD was a good enough value/ROI compared to some of the other options and programs that are out there.
