Hello BP experts,Simple (I hope) question:How do I obtain a mortgage for the property with low owner occupancy that is paid off?

Obviously I would like to have some knowledge of it and would pay close attention to the estimates but was looking to rely on more of an expert in the area.I guess I also am looking for recommendations at to exactly what types of subcontractors would be most beneficial to have on the team?

I am looking for long-term quality relationships and although I don't have a lot to offer the experts/mentors right now, I don't forget those who help me out and I will return the favor in any way that I can.

I don't want to do this myself, or with a non-expert lawyer, and end up with a worthless LLC. 

Experts say tenants tend to take better care of a home when they know the owner is nearby.Be prepared for worst-case scenarios, and study local laws.
