For those that do weekly rentals only, what check-in, check-out day to renters prefer?

Usually, whenever I drive by I usually take different routes and streets just to see what other properties have been listed for sale/check out new construction/flips etc going in the neighborhood.

You have to have cashiers check in your hand for foreclosures or you have to pay by cashier checks by 3 PM for a Tax sale house in the counties that I work in.
