A lot of folks are boots on the ground, which I would assume requires quite a few more than 1 plane trip unless they have great teams in place, or I'm on the other end of the spectrum and I spend zero time on my properties and didn't even fly to most of them before I bought them.

sorry guys painting isn't that skilled like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical I'm not paying a premium for it  No I'm not, I'm not a painting contractor, so I have no interest for it, since the poster specified SW instead of your cheaper paint, I'd imagine this is a picky job, that means more time will be spent for better quality, from my end, its a fair price, painting straight, yeah sure, the scope is too broad, there are a lot of things to do.
