I would get some assurance that her responsibility to pay the other mortgage won't impact her ability to pay her share of the rent.

Example: Main house= 2000 sq ftSecond house= 1000 sq ftTotal= 3000 sq ftPercent share of main house = 66.66%Percent share of second house = 33.33%Used these percent share to calculate property taxes, interest per house. 

These are both in a beachfront condo complex so when I say right next door I mean they share a wall.

The property management company is refusing to share tenant information such as credit report and proof of employment.
