I can't afford to buy in The Villages proper with all the HOA fees and strict requirements on almost everything (you can rack up HOA fines for any non-compliance by your tenants).   

We also had to have a commercial architect on retainer to finalize all the code compliance documentation complete with Fire Chief approval. 

If you are syndicating you need to understand and be in compliance with SEC the laws.

Minimum room size, windows, hallways, setbacks, nearly everything applied to a tiny home isn't in compliance with a traditional SFR.

Just make sure they are in compliance with all housing laws.

Or if it's not the seller running away with your money, you want to have some kind of assurance in the case of the rehab costing more than planned or tenants not paying the projected rents, etc.

I assure you that your time will not be wasted on me.

I can assure you, the cheapest property manager is not necessarily the one that will put more money in your pocket every year.

Getting the lender to provide some kind of assurance that we are only days from closing is really my only option.
