I still don't know where I will be stationed next and, since I have some level of choice for where I go next, was wondering if I anybody knew of any good markets for a total beginner near an Air Force base.

Yearly revenue is ~$22k and her expenses are around $6k net (not including cleaning, etc which are all passed-through to renters directly on Air BnB, etc).Does this only come down to management?
