projects we looked at were in Oregon and if your doing actual MH and your doing a larger project like 100 to 200 units it can take a few years to many years to fill them and you usually need a mH dealer on site to sell them etc etc.

They now only have 4 photos you can click thru before you must click on the actual listing to pull up the entire photo gallery, which is very shuffled compared to what i put on my VRBO listing.

Hey Jennifer, I actually work with a company that does all of this.We (essentially) wholesale deals to OOS investors, connect them with our contractors, manage the rehab for them, and have a property management division as well.It's the whole A-Z operation and we did 200+ deals last year and more than 1/day this year.I'm not pitching you at all.
