Been reading, watching YouTube and listening to podcast.

Welcome to the communityI too am new to BP and can't be more thankful for all the quality YouTube posts.

Be different than your friends and listen to podcasts and information vs the same music you've heard a thousand times already.  

I just thought I would write about a discussion I had with a young guy that was listening to a youtube pitch on a wholesale class that would teach him to make 70k a month assigning deals.Maybe my discussion with him will help other newbies or maybe some of you wholesalers can correct me.

My daily "habit" is to listen to REI podcasts, YouTube videos, audiobooks, or read e-books.

There might be a bit of a learning curve, but there are tons of you tube tutorials out there.
