Since we are also occupying the space how does it work when it comes to mortgage, mortgage interest etc?

We are in a position where we can potentially raise more money to do investment deals, but had a concern about some objections we may face.

We are at all times very clear about who our client is, and protect their interests accordingly.

We are past the deadline by a day to do so but seller and seller agent are calm, confident I'm doing the deal.

We're currently working on 30+ ADU projects in San Francisco, mostly in larger apartment buildings for corporate clients but we are doing a few in single family homes or duplexes too.

I have never done a deal, but i am currently in the "im just ready for it now" phase..My question is, Here in the California market (stockton specifically) is getting more expensive as bay area movers are comong down here(san jose,frisco,oakland) and IKNOW we are due for a nice grow..But!

We are going to sit down and discuss it this weekend, but I would like to go into that conversation having an idea of what I am really going to need from them and what would be a reasonable price for it.  

We are looking at closing soon, barring a catastrophe, on our first investment which we intend to flip. 

Ultimately, he did alot of damage so we are now doing a complete renovation on the home. 

Our preference is Winchester, but we are open to most NOVA areas.
