Cities/utility companies rarely are going to want to do some kind of pro-rated payment plan.

Add to this the uniquely corrupt bureaucratic environment of Baltimore City, Maryland (where I grew up)--and its creaky, barely functioning housing-voucher machinery. 

Does anyone have recommendations for realtors in the following cities, Phoenix AZ, San Diego, and Central New Jersey?

Louis, Missouri, area having grown up to the west of the City, although I now live in Cambridge, UK pursuing a masters degree.

A friend of mine has owned a very nice property in San Francisco for years now but is looking into moving out of the city with her family.

Have you looked up the county/city parcel maps online?

Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).
