Nate,We work with Solid Source Realty, which is probably one of the larger DIY brokerages (meaning, they don't require office hours, no pre-set number of deals you have to do, etc).

I was with Realty Executives in Phoenix for nearly 10 years and was in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for close to 8.

I have had an interest in real estate specifically in Single Family units and most recently Commercial Realty.
