I have never had anyone tell me that any deal wasn't worth it due to UDFI.I will echo the other responses and say that it entirely depends on what your gaol is in making the investment and how the numbers stack up when you run them to see what works best for you.Good luck!

I get tons of leads here on a daily basis with most if not all of them being responsive. 

If your lease doesn't have any early termination clause then technically there isn't any and assuming your state allows that the tenant would be responsible for rent up until the end.

I don't mind working with clients with STR but it is hard when it takes 1-2 months to get a response on what certain expenses belong to.
