Investors like me should be driving rent prices down and housing prices up because they're satisfied with lower returns and even no cash flow.They are somewhat with American homes for rent, Blackstone ect getting into the REO to rental game over the last few years.

I've financed a lot (100's) of 2-4 unit properties where the owners transferred into trust, LLC's etc and I haven't had a customer call back saying lenders were exercising the due on sale clause.

I learned so much about the vacation rental industry and also went from the position of weekend editor to the Manager of the Support Desk at VRBO (customer service via email) and eventually US Manager of Email Support at Homeaway, Inc, who bought VRBO in 2006.I really love the service & product offered by VRBO/Homeaway and use them to advertise my own vacation rental property in Dillon, CO.

He's also selling a 2 Million+ RV park so he doesn't need the cash but is more concerned with someone coming in, not taking care of the properties/tenants and unless he gets a good down payment they have no skin in the game.
