@George Lods, clearly this is all anecdotal, since we are talking all hypotheticals, or at least not deal specific comparisons.As others noted, there are a a fair amount of efficiencies you can get by building a duplex versus multiple standalone properties.

You can get a DSCR loan with a $55k minimum as long as the property value is at least $75k.

We are running into some problems with ABODEA because they no longer allow us to update our properties with them and we have to send an email in each time we want to add or subtract a property.
