Watch the instructional videos, go through the podcasts, read the forums, then take action.

Note that it's not always the "best" school on paper... some are just local favorites or good at sports etc...

I would recommend you create a bank book, this is something you can google online or on Youtube to watch a video on how to create a bank book, and work with local banks.
