NOTE: So that is what a strong rental market looks like.I spent 10 months on average of about 4 hours a day educating myself with everything I could get my hands on related to real estate, books, tv, news, online, driving around etc etc.I made a decision - I was going to do this..........

Mine was posting and reviewing when I had my coffee in the morning and then again at night when I was watching TV.

I almost wish I'd have to use it so I could go stay in some nice hotel with maid service and cable TV.  

It was time to pull myself up by the boot straps and get something going.I went looking on youtube for the TV real estate guru on late nights (couldn't remember the name Carlton Sheets at the time) but wound up finding Ron Legrand.

I even ran a local tv ad that was created by a short-lived internet startup! 

Our tenant has put furniture on the front porch, hooked up a TV (fire hazard) and nailed shutters up to act as baby gates.

And I think I've got a pretty decent knowledge now by not even spending 1/10 of the price.I dropped out of school recently due to personal reasons which overall gives me quite a lot of time to spend, and therefore a lot of time to "find myself", read or just whatever I want to do, that doesn't require money ;)I am not gonna want to spend the rest of my life watching tv-series.
