Hello everyone, im a newbie investor in Chicago that is starting to wholesale I understand most of the wholesaling process and just have one question to ask.

I want to find some traction that works for me and just follow the process over and over again until I reach that financial freedom goal, by age 45.

The other two need rehab, some of which has already been done but the process has halted. 

I'm also in the process of trying to find a good CPA to create a relationship with to grow my business with.Hopeful to hear fellow STR, or even MTR, investor's stories, what PMS or programs they're using, and how they landed their first property or what they're doing to get into one!

For instance, here in Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe recently banned STRs everywhere except in town centers where guests can rely on public transport and promote more walkability. 

Both transactions went well and we were satisfied with the process.

A big one with a ton of information regarding the process of brokerage/law/national law/etc, and a small book of Rules and Regulations directly out of the State Legislature.STUDY THE SMALL BOOK AND UNDERSTAND IT BACKWARD AND FORWARDIf, during the class, they tell you about certain statutes in that book, highlight them and revisit them.
