I've discussed this with a lawyer, I am able to evict based on my zero tolerance for criminal activity addendum, but an eviction with a physically aggressive person doesn't sound like a great idea.

A bad relationship with one of these folks can really put a damper on your projects - take control - you are the final decision maker when it comes to spending your money to make money.Never give a deposit up front - pay contractor in stages as work is progressing.
