There are four people who want to live here under the same lease - one sister, her 5yo son, her brother and her brothers finance.

I feel they are not telling my son something.I contacted a foundation experts=they will use cameras to check out whats going on underneath the slab,such as sewer,water,cracks,leaks. fee is $475.00.i will wait  until after the initialinspection before doing anyrthing, do you think they will give me an honest report,seeing how they will have a chance of doing any repairs.

It would also help if I didn't have to pay out $200 every week for my son's daycare...but Dave can't help me there. :)That being said, I don't follow the Baby Steps exactly.

I live in NC, but my son moved out there so we're trying to grow our STR footprint.

My son and I will be spending the first two weeks of November driving around Northern CA and Oregon looking for a small piece of land to develop as a homestead of sorts.

She and my son-in-law bought an ocean view piece of land in Santa Teresa, in 2003 with partners for $40K.

One day find out that her son was arrested on drug charges, and several weeks later I hear rumors from other tenants about her daughter being in trouble with the law.

The bottom tenant is a single mom (of a 19 years old), she works al the time and sometimes sleeps at her boyfriends house leaving free reign to her son to do whatever he want.
