I empathize with being between a rock and a hard place, I was there.

The reality though is no matter who they are there is only so much band width to fund deals.. if this guy get 500 students paying him 300 a month ... there is no way he could fund say half of them finding 2 deals a year.. or at least I seriously doubt it.. that would be a huge operation. its all about the 300 a month and not doing anything for most of them.. but enough not to get shut down.. and only creaming the absolute best deals that most newbies with no money or experience simply can't find anyway.

I advertise for houses - commercial and non-conforming properties - so I might get a motel one day, a farm, land or just houses - banding on radio works - call any time.

On 5-6 O'clock which is the bottom of the slump you can also pick up some good bargains at near rock bottom prices from distress sellers.We are do for another global financial crises and according to international "Experts" it should be in the next 1-3 years. probably starting in Europe or the US, unless a wore start or something like that.Is that satisfactory answer for you @Timothy H.
