The interface reminds me of a desk with neatly organized stacks of paper on it. 

While that will be harder to get away with due to the new legislation, we also want to remind you that reporting business income is not only the right thing to do, but it can help with your ability to get loans in the future.

Reminder, this is also the state that doesn't allow you to pump your own gas because "it's dangerous."

Instead, implement a system to track and remind yourself of everything going on, in a way that helps you stay focused on immediate tasks, but still retains the big-picture of what you're trying to do and why.

Invoices change behavior, friendly reminders or stern letters rarely do.

I usually respond to their emails with a statement of  requirements, a reminder of key elements of the property, and an open house date if they are interested.I track any answers to any screening questions when I talk to them and anything they volunteer so I can remember who they are.
