@Andy Collins I would ask them to fix it or get money back to cover closing costs and reduce the price to fix it yourself.

Should I purchase a multi-family, I could either find a live-in property manager for reduced rent or utilities only or turn tenants over until I find solid, reliable tenants who take care of the property.
