There seems to be a high demand for short term rentals and if Nashville is anything like the Denver market, getting in on property close to downtown before it becomes cost prohibitive seems like a good move for appreciation.I welcome all comments regarding Nashville investing in addition to the HPR concept.

I do not know if there is any thing that prohibits an agent from telling a prospective buyer that other offers were made and what part of the offer needed to be improved.

Move in Date,, he doesn't owe you more money until then, That date you also give him the keys,, Unless you have it in your lease agreement as first , last , and security deposit..But be careful some State landlord laws prohibit this kind of security deposit..So know what your laws permit..
