Although most lenders have access to the same products, 99% of lenders out there don't understand the mechanics of house hacking.

The time is not productive and if it is not productive the meetings are a waste of time.

They make products specifically for garages.

There may be other competitive products out there, but make sure they integrate with your property management software well, provides (almost) real time reading, usage analysis and automated leak detection.Most of these meters are pretty easy to install.
